Constantius Gallus, cousin of Constantius II, was appointed Caesar to govern the East during a time of instability. Though his rule was marked by repression and conflict, his coinage reflects imperial legitimacy, with types showing Victory, Fel Temp Reparatio, and labarum standards. Gallus was eventually executed for suspected disloyalty, making his coins relatively scarce and historically significant.
